Student Support System

Student support services will be customized as per the needs, aspirations and goals of students. This offers support to executives from understanding their needs, career options and preparing for Jobs. Upon availing our services, students will receive one to one consultation (career or educational) for analyzing training needs, career options etc. We will support students in developing a personalized career strategy and action plan as a result of one-to-one meetings with consultants.

Students will be actively encouraged to speak freely with the team and provide feedback.

We will also conduct seminars and workshops for aspiring students from professionals to share their experiences and career opportunities in various countries.

We will set up meetings where students will meet and share their knowledge among themselves. We will also offer an informal opportunity for students to discuss recent successes and challenges.

Student Support Services for Special need Students:

There would be special consideration for special need students. They would be given appropriate facility so that they can successfully cope up with the system.

Students Association (Zabex Club):

The student's Association in the Institute would conduct Workshops, Seminars, Quizzes, etc. It would also arrange Industrial visits and Oriental Programmes.

Placement Cells:

The placement cell would be committed to provide the best career opportunities to the students of the institute by maintaining close report with the corporates, identifying potential recruiters and organizing the campus recruitment process. The activities of the placement cell would cover a wide range of programmes like training in Management Skills Training, Group discussions, Interview Techniques, Communication skills and so on. The training helps the students to have confidence in their ability to face competition and stand scrutiny by organizations.

Quality Management System

Our team will keep up to date information on the quality of the educational universities by regular consultation and interaction with these educational universities and visiting these universities if need be and also the quality of services we offer to our students through periodic review and informal feedback from students.

There is quality assurance department in Zabeel, which is continuously doing quality checking for the structure of the class; syllabus etc. Student Relations Officer meets the students regularly to take the Feedbacks and conduct regular meetings with the concerned department to ensure and improve the quality of training.

The Quality Assurance Department would take up the complete responsibility to assure the quality in Syllabus, The Lesson Plans, Customer Services, Class Patterns ,Course Materials, Certifications

 

Procedures:

  • Quality Assurance Executives( QAE) would  meet the faculty for suggestion regarding  syllabus, lesson plans, class room activities, Assignments etc
  • QAE would Communicate with Academic Advisory members
  • If any modifications are suggested, necessary changes would be made.
  • Ensure that students get up proper course materials, CD’s, handouts, etc.
  • Collect the feedback forms from students. If there is any complaint or suggestions, QAE would deal with it.
  • Make sure Students attendance, Lesson Plans, Hours taken etc. are recorded properly by faculties and coordinators.
  • Liaison with Faculty members, Management and Students
 

Integrated Teaching Methodology

Class Room Teaching: The Class Room Teaching Facilitates in coping with the rigor of the programs. They are beneficial to all the students enrolling in the program, especially for working executives and professionals who may not find sufficient time to prepare and plan for the class due to their duty timing and shift of duties.
Regular attendance of the classes enables students to:

  1. Gain in –depth understanding of the subjects and concepts covered.
  2. Understand the Examination patterns and obtain tips on preparing well.
  3. Discuss and clear doubts and queries pertaining to the topics covered in the subjects.
  4. Get into a disciplined mode and regular study.

Curriculum: The curriculum offered is contemporary and innovatively designed and developed in association with reputed academicians and industry experts. Academic Advisory members, along with the industry experts design the syllabus.

Assignments: The study package includes self evaluation assignments which help students to evaluate their own academic progress.

Case Studies: Case Study approach is integrated as a dominant tool in education methodology. Case –based learning is encouraged to help students acquire problem –solving and decision –making skills in complex business situations.

Assessments: The internal assessments  serve to finally assess and certify the student’s understanding of the subject and level of knowledge and skill development.
Upon evaluation the net effect of all these stages is to ensure that the students develop the required knowledge and skills and thus be awarded the respective certificates.

 

Training Needs Analysis & Admission Procedures

  1. The candidate has to meet the course consultants.
  2. The course consultant will do the TNA  (Training Need Analysis).
  3. The consultant will do the essential skill test required for the job he / she is suitable for.
  4. After the Skill test, the Consultant will suggest the course which is most required.
  5. Register for the course.
